As you probably know most agents rarely go to their affiliated broker's office. While some agents still perceive that they must have and pay for that expensive office space many other agents do well, and have been doing extremely well, working from home. They never visit their broker's office unless it's for a company meeting or other issue. We pass the savings of not having those burdensome offices on to you.

The facts are that 80% of all home buyers now use the Internet to look for property. Clearly, the role of the real estate agent is changing.

As a NetAgent® you will have no desk at the All Cities Realty corporate facility. We do plan localized offices to meet with clients if necessary or to hop on a computer etc. We will have meeting rooms and small community workstations for tasks that you may not be able to complete at your residence or chosen place of work.

Our new asterisk* phone system will be able to patch your calls directly to your cell phone. You can have all the perceived accouterments of that BIG brick and mortar office with technology. We will be in charge of compiling that technology for you so that you can better serve your clients.
